Yes! We recommend shorter stays during the first few days (for example, 1–2 hours at a time), allowing your child to get familiar with the space, staff, and other children and extend the stay every day for a week or two. Some children adjust quickly, while others may need a few extra days—and that’s perfectly okay. Our team works closely with families to ensure a gentle, reassuring start to their daycare journey.
Our centre is equipped with cameras. Cameras are specifically for the centre Director or supervisors to use in monitoring the classrooms and for training purposes. For the protection of the children, there is no streaming video on our website or our mobile app for parents. If parents have a concern regarding their child’s day or an incident, they are welcome to request a review of the relevant footage with the Director
Yes! We love keeping in touch with families and sharing how children are growing and learning. We schedule parent–staff meetings a few times a year and are always happy to set up extra time to chat if you’d like to discuss your child’s progress or any concerns. Open communication helps us work together to support your little one every step of the way.
Based on the Ministry of Education regulations, children are required to spend a minimum of two hours outdoors each day, weather permitting. If the weather does not allow for outdoor play, they will have fun and stay active in our beautiful indoor gym!
